ANREEE - National Association for the Register of Electric and Electronic Equipment- is the Registation body, for EEEs, in Portugal.

ANREEE is a non-profit entity, created by Producer’s Associations and Collective Systems, as established by National Decree 230/2004 of 10^th December, which is the transposal to National Law of EC Directives 2002/95/EC and 2002/96/EC. These Directives make mandatory for all Member - States to proceed in order to register their EEE Producers through a Registration Body.

To perform the registration activity of EEE producer's, ANREEE is licensed since March the 23^rd 2006.

Later on, on December 2009, ANREEE was also licensed to register Producers of Batteries and Accumulators (B&A), under National Decree 6/2009, which is the transposal of EC Directive 2006/66/EC.
