Legislation concerning Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE)
National Decree 230/2004, of December the 10th and its changings through National Decree 174/2005, of October the 25th – rule the legal framework for Producer’s registration and WEEE management.
These laws are the transposal of EC Directives 2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC:
